Sheree, try this to link your plan. You will first need to sign up with scribd.com and upload your action plan document to scribd. Click on the document name link which opens the document in scribd. On the right side column beside your document you will find a section titled share@embed. To add a link to the document from your post click one tme on the link url address itself which highlights the url address then click copy. Go to your dashboard in blogger, click on new post and type your post or go to the post you want to add the link to and click edit. Highlight the words that you want to link to the action plan document(like click here to go to my action plan) then click on the little icon that looks the earth with a chain around it which is the link button on the tool bar on top. A small window pops open which has http:// in it in blue, simply hold down the ctrl key while typing the letter v one time which pastes the link in your post then click ok. Those words should now be the link to your document.
